RETURN POLICY

 

At TouchUp 123 we take pride in our customer service. We strive to give you all the necessary information you need to make your purchase decisions. However, there are times when it may be necessary to return or exchange a product. For these reasons we do have a few guidelines for returning/exchanging product.

  1. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Our orders are processed quickly and on a made to order basis. Please be sure to order what you need, because that is what you are going to receive.
  2. No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
  3. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  4. All items must be in their original condition with no damaged or missing parts.
    • If you receive a damaged package via UPS, please alert the driver right away. Then call us with the package information and we will proceed with the claim.
    • If you receive a damaged package from the US Mail, please call us ASAP with the package information.
  5. We cannot accept any item that has been used.
  6. All returns must have a copy of the original invoice and an TouchUp 123 Return Authorization number. Call TouchUp 123 to obtain the RA number. Any package received without an RA number will be refused.
  7. All returns should be made via UPS. TouchUp 123 will not accept any packages that are not delivered directly to TouchUp 123.

If you are not completely satisfied with your TouchUp 123 product, simply call us with the issue and we will work out a solution immediately.

Warranty
TouchUp 123 makes every effort to provide the correct color every time. All ColorFill colors are made directly from original O.E.M. formulas. However, the condition of your vehicles' paint has an effect on its' color. Therefore, TouchUp 123 does not offer any warranty, written or implied, on color matches. Many times color match problems are simple to fix. Call our technical team with any questions you might have.
